In our sessions I will ask you questions that can lead you to insight and clarity. I give you feedback in a compassionate way, and I might recommend some strategic exercises that you can practice in your everyday life. Therapy is not one-size fits all so I use an integrative approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and psycho-dynamic orientations.
